电信网络诈骗花样翻新、层出不穷，为更好地守护广大市民的财产安全，我市正在积极构建全民反诈防线，需要每一位在杭外籍朋友的信任与支持。

近期，我市将开展涉电信网络诈骗灰黑产治理，特别是针对涉诈网址进行专项治理。请广大在杭外籍朋友提高警惕，辨别并举报涉诈网址，为了自身和亲友的财产安全，自觉抵制“网络刷单刷信誉”、“网络色情”、“网络赌博”和“炒虚拟货币”等网络行为，共同维护网络安全，切勿轻易向陌生账户汇款，如有疑问可拨打全国统一反诈专线96110。

反诈有我，防骗有你，全民反诈“防护网”有你我的共同参与才能更密更牢，让我们共同守护全市人民的“钱袋子”。

Facing the threats arising from new types of telecommunications fraud, Hangzhou is strengthening every line of defense to combat fraud and have people's money protected. Here your trust and support would be of great value.

Our city is about to launch several initiatives to crack down on underground economy where telecom fraud is concerned, particularly on phishing websites. To protect you and those around you from possible financial losses and to promote online safety in general, please stay alert, identify and report suspicious websites, avoid risky moves like “click farm”, “cybersex”, “internet gambling”, and “crypto speculation”, and think twice about transferring money to a stranger's account. If you have any queries, you may call the national anti-fraud hotline 96110 for help.

Everyone matters in the fight against fraud. A whole-of-society effort is what's needed to solidify the defense and keep everyone's purse safe.
